<p>The public is invited to attend the free concerts, which will be held Downtown every Sunday afternoon, 1 to 4 p.m., rain or shine.    The RiverWalk Stage is located     along the St. Lucie River boardwalk  at the end of St. Lucie Ave in Historic Downtown     Stuart. Threatening weather will move the free music indoors to the Rec   Center in Flagler Park.</p>
<p>Series sponsors include Seacoast National Bank, Mulligan’s Beach House Bar and  Grill, the Stuart News, radio station Coast 101, the Downtown Business  Association (DBA) and the City of Stuart Community Services.</p>

<p>For more than 20 years, ArtsFest has celebrated the talent of local artists and artisans. This year The Arts Council is looking to add new faces to the festival line-up, scheduled for March 19-20 on East Ocean Boulevard.</p>
<p>Last year, more than 20,000 people gathered downtown to view the art and crafts displayed by more than 150 artists.</p>
<p>Artists can participate in a juried art show to have their work evaluated by judges and also exhibit their work for sale. Jury fee is $40 and the booth fee is $300. The deadline to apply is Sept. 1. Go to <a href="http://www.zapplication.org" target="_blank">www.zapplication.org</a>, create an artist profile and upload three digital images of your work and one of your booth space. The jury-selected artists will be notified in early October.</p>
